A Day in the Life of an Electrical Installer Residential

As an Electrical Installer Residential, this individual is someone wanting to do just installs/repairs and not selling.  The Electrical Installer will be the prime liaison with all of your customers and the in-home representative of the company.  The Electrical Installers daily job tasks may include any of the following: troubleshooting and repairs, rewiring and remodels, full service upgrades and subpanels, underground conduit installations, installing dedicated circuits, and LED lighting among other duties.  The Electrical Installer resolves job site conflicts regarding installation issues or escalates concerns to management as required.  They communicate with the customer as necessary upon arrival and before leaving the work site.  The Electrical Installer adheres to all company safety programs and policies. 


What you Need to be Qualified for the Electrical Installer Residential Position

In order to be qualified for the Electrical Installer position, strong residential service experience and strong trouble shooting skills are a must as well as being quick, efficient and organized.  Our Electrical Installer is very clean cut with a positive attitude, is an exceptional team player and goal-oriented (excuses, whining and blaming are not accepted on our team!).  Our Electrical Installer has strong experience changing out main and sub panels and has strong customer service and communication skills.  We are looking for an exceptional technician who is intuitive, hard-working, fast, efficient, willing to learn our system, can keep a truck well organized and has no problem wearing a uniform.  Our Electrical Installer takes personal responsibility to better themselves as a person and an electrician and has the ability to explain and educate the customer on their electrical needs at their level.  They must be able to climb in and out of box trucks, able to lift over 75 lbs.  Good references are a must!  Our Electrical Installer can pass the state of California background and drug test, have a clean driving record and current Driver's License.  They are passionate about being an electrician, looking for a long-term career not just a paycheck and a place to call home/family!
